How long have you been established for?
A.1We have been providing professional handyman services for over 10 years now within the region of Greater Toronto Area. All this time we strived to provide top quality service. As a reward, we are proud to have a business that consists mostly of repeat and referral clients.

How quickly can you come to investigate my problem or my project?
A.2Most of our contractor’s or handyman’s work is booked a few days in advance. However, we always try to optimize and squeeze jobs in on the same day as they are scheduled.

What do I have to prepare for the handyman’s arrival?
A.3There is nothing much to prepare for, our handymen are organized and come fully equipped for the job. Although, it would help the handyman to work more efficiently if you can have a list of the tasks prioritized by urgency & importance. Also, you can shop in advance for any custom materials you’d like us to work with.

Do you work on weekends?
A.4Yes, we do. We work 7 days per week, between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. We can also undertake emergency jobs if requested.

Can I choose the colors and manufacturers of the material?
A.5Of course, paint color, type of material, manufacturers – the choice is yours! If you’d like, we can advise you, but nothing happens without your approval. It is good to know that our company buys materials in bulk and we would be glad to transfer our special discounts to you. This way, you can save money and time.

Can I reschedule an appointment?
A.6We strive to accommodate all our customers. Just give us a call in advance and we will reschedule the appointment for your best convenience.

Do I need to be home when the handyman/installer arrives?
A.7That won’t be always necessary. Once we agree upon the essential arrangements we can start and continue work independently. Key arrangements include our access to the place of work and your inspection of our job upon completion. If you are reluctant to give entry when absent, that is totally understandable.

Will I have to provide the handyman with some of my own tools?
A.8Absolutely not! Our specialists carry the full range of tools to handle both common jobs and specific projects. They also carry a wide selection of small parts like screws, plugs, power tools and plumbing connections. However, if you have something more complex on your mind, we would need to know in advance.

Can I get an estimated quote for my job?
A.9Sure thing, and our quotes are free! While creating a quote we take several factors into account, the estimated time, materials and necessary expertise required to complete the job. It can also depend upon whether it requires a licensed trade’s person.

How long will I have to wait for an appointment?
A.10Our team will schedule it at the earliest opportunity, it depends, of course, on the handyman’s availability and your personal schedule.

Will this be an individual or team job?
A.11Some jobs will require the work of a single handyman, while others might require a few people coming into your home/office to do the job. It all depends on how complex and big is the project.

Do you have references for past handyman work that you’ve done?
